Release and Receive

In these first few days of November, consider releasing what no longer serves you.

Those unhelpful habits or outdated clothes? Let them go.

That doubt, fear or hesitation? Bid it goodbye.

Those dreamcrushers in your circle or wishy-washy connections? Bless and release them.

And then?

Since the clutter has been released, may you appreciate the beauty and boldness of purpose within you, and embrace all the good your mind, your heart and your arms now have the space to hold.

Decide

Right now…

Decide you’re worth it and make the most of this week before you.

Ask the hard questions that will get you closer to the authenticity you seek to embrace.

Live the soft life that will give you experiences and memories to cherish.

Push a new boundary.

Pull yourself up from whatever has weighed you down.

Hold onto goodness.

Let every thing not good for you find other settling places.

Share this post with a friend or two who’ll join you on this journey to better.

Then decide to do it –

breath by breath,

choice by choice,

step by step.

You’ve got this!

Who’s Helping Steward Your Dreams?

You are the keeper and magnifier of your dreams; yet those who walk with you matter, too.

Surround yourself with people who believe in you, encourage you and speak the truth – even when it equals tough love.

May those who walk in front of you pull you along when necessary and those who walk behind you gently push – whatever it takes to help you keep going, stay focused and achieve your goals with your integrity, confidence, joy and soul intact.

This is how you grow and thrive, and ultimately how you learn to invest in something bigger than yourself.

Blessings are circular and connected.

All of us who succeed do so because of others’ loving support.

Life’s Calling – Pay Attention

Today, pay attention to the little things – words spoken or unspoken; gestures rendered or withheld; opportunities offered or missed; your struggle between fear and confidence, or maybe a focus on all that’s wrong instead of dwelling in the beauty of all that’s right.

Watch yourself and others, and consider the consequences of words and actions;  listen with your heart as well as with your ears; assess whether being glass half-full or glass half-empty serves you best.

Change whatever you must to grow and be content; and give others the space and the grace to do the same.

Stretching and growing isn’t always easy, but having the courage to embrace the process (while being thoughtful and respectful of others) can guide you to greater places, both within and without.

Are You Ready for Next-Level Living?

Hey you, it’s Dec. 5.
For the final 26 days of 2019 …challenge yourself to stretch beyond your usual boundaries and plant seeds for a next-level version of you to blossom in the year to come.
Do something that scares you.
Explore an unknown path with an open mind.
Seek to understand rather than be understood.
Be kind, even when it’s hard.
Say no to a few “good” things so you’ll be available to say yes to your “great” and purpose-driven opportunities.
Give without expecting anything in return.
Say “thank you” for all of the lessons you’re learning along the way.
This is the pathway to a life that will open your heart, elevate your humanity and multiply your joy.
Come on…it’s awaiting you.
