Thank you to Earrings Off hosts Lou Ali and Teresa Vaughan for featuring me in Episode 35! I share how my love of writing developed as a young child and has been nurtured throughout my life by family, friends, mentors and readers.

I was just thinking of you yesterday as I was listening to a fiction author’s interview on Youtube. Thanks for your inspiration over the years. I am about to publish my very first book (non-fiction) but I still have a desire to complete my fiction novel one day. I started it in a class I took at a community college a few years back. I really enjoyed your Jubilee series so we’ll see what the future holds for my writing endeavors. Looking forward to hearing the podcast.
Hi Vernicia, thanks so much for thinking of me – and for taking time to touch base. Congrats on publishing your first book! That is wonderful! This is just the beginning; I am sure you’ll get the novel finished also. 🙂 Keep writing and keep in touch! Thanks for listening to the podcast. I hope it encourages you!
